Directions

  1. Combine the honey, cooking wine, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and white pepper. Whisk together well; set aside sauce.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil; prepare rice noodles as per package directions.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a sauté pan. Brown the ground beef; add garlic.
  4. Once meat is nearly cooked, add water chestnuts and mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Add in stir fry sauce and scallions.
  5. Serve in large lettuce leaves and enjoy!
