- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook and drain the egg noodles according to the package directions.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, and salt. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and simmer until heated through. Remove 1 cup of the meat sauce and set aside. Stir the noodles into the remaining sauce.
- Place half of the noodle mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with cottage cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Add the remaining noodle mixture, top with the reserved meat sauce and the remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
