Ingredients
Directions
- Cut your russet potato into crinkle cut fries or your preference . Add to a bowl of cold ice water to soak for 15-20 minutes. This will be important with getting them crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
- Once done with the soak, drain the water and then add the fries to a towel to pat them as dry as you can get them. Add them to a bowl and spray with non-stick cooking spray and then season with sea salt and garlic powder. Toss a few times to combine.
- Add the fries to your air fryer at 400 degrees F for 18 minutes. Toss ever 6 minutes to make sure they cook evenly. While your fries are cooking, add your 96/4 lean ground beef to your stove top pan preheated on a 7/10 heat. Break it up into crumbles and once you start to see some browning, season with sea salt & garlic powder and yellow mustard. You won't taste the yellow mustard I promise! It helps with keeping the ground beef juicy! Once your ground beef is fully browned, add your Colby jack cheese and mix it all.
- Now it's time to put together the loaded fries. I put mine together in a 6.5in cast iron skillet but you can just use a plate. Add your fries, then you about 6oz of cheesy ground beef and lastly some parsley on top! I added ketchup to each bite but you can add it on top! Enjoy!
