Directions
- Start by peeling your potato and cut into one inch match sticks, coat lightly in olive oil, paprika, salt pepper, and garlic powder. Air fry @ 380/f for 20mins.
- Then start to cook your beef on medium-high heat, season w/ taco seasoning and continue until cooked through.
- To make nacho cheese sauce. In a medium size bowl add cheese, half/half, cottage cheese, and adobo sauce. Heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds then blend well w/ whisk or a blender. Add cold water sparingly until sauce consistency.
- Then once fries are finished place on a plate and top with beef, sauce and chives.. Enjoy!
