  1. Heat oil and Brown beef and onion in a large pot or using saute setting on Instant Pot
  2. Add salt, pepper, and the rest of the spices. Stir to coat meat mixture.
  3. Add veggies on top of meat. Then add tomatoes - you can choose to keep them diced or puree them.
  4. Add beef broth and stir everything together.
