Directions

Using remaining egg, brush edge of wrapper with egg wash, Finish wrapping the Lumpia up, Continue in this way until all Lumpia have been rolled up. Fry in deep hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with your favorite Sweet and Sour Sauce recipe.
