  2. Boil some water and pour over matzo until slightly soggy. Add salt
  3. Break egg into matzo and mix in. Add salt
  4. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Pour bowl of wet, eggy matzo into skillet and fry. Turn matzo regularly until golden. You'll probably need more salt.
