- First thing first, wash, dry, peel and shred your potato and onion. In a large bowl add your ground veel, shredded potatoes, shredded onions, salt, pepper, and your raw egg. Continuing mix together well. Then place half of your grounded veel on a large piece of tinfoil paper. Peel your eggs and place them along the middle of your grounded pork. Then place the other half of ground pork on top of your eggs. Fold your tin foil around your pork making a roulette. Also place it in a baking dish.
- Last but not least, cover the rest of your roulette with another piece of tin foil. Then place in the oven and bake for 1 hour at 190ºC. After that, take it out of the oven and open up the tinfoil, bake it for an additional 15 minutes. Once times up your all done.
