Directions
- Add 2 lbs of gound chuck in large mixing bowi.
- Mix 5 oz ketchup and egg with ground chuck.
- Mix onion with ground chuck.
- Mix bread crumbs with ground chuck.
- Make sure all ingredients are mixed well. Place in a 4x8x4 in bread pan. Make a shallow well in center of meat loaf.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Check a few times as it is cooking to drain excess fat.
- Combine brown sugar and 3 oz of ketchup in small bowl. Add to shallow well in center of the meat loaf and cook for an additional 15 minutes
- Drain all excess fat and serve.
