  1. Line a slow cooker with an aluminum foil barrer and parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, and using a large rubber spatula, combine butter and sugar
  3. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix in eggs
  4. Reduce the mixer speed to low, and mix in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract
  5. Using the spatula again, stir in all-purpose flour and milk chocolate chips until combined. Pour batter into the slow cooker
  6. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or until middle of brownies no longer jiggle Remove brownies from slow cooker, and cool on a wire rack before slicing
