Ingredients

  • Egg

    Whole, fresh eggs

  • White rice

    Long-grain, regular, raw, enriched

  • Beef top sirloin

    Separable lean only, trimmed to 1/8" fat, select, raw

Directions

  1. Cook beef and rice
  2. Heat oil over skillet over medium high heat. Add beaten egg and let cook for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add cooked rice on top of the egg and chop and stir until grains are separated, about 3 minutes.
