Ingredients
Coconut oil
⅛ cup or 27g
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp or 13g
Directions
- Preheat over to 325 degrees. Mix all dried ingredients, remember to sift. Note: Grind fine your almond flour is not fine.
- Prepare yeast. Heat water to med heat and add yeast. Stir and add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to yeast.
- Mix together wet Ingredients except coconut cream and egg whites, put them in a mixer bowl. Mix other wet ingredients and mix with dry ingredients. Mix in yeast and water.
- Whip eggs and cream with blender till fluffy. Fold into and blend gently into flour mixture. Let set for 15 mins. Put in buttered loaf pan and bake until Golden brown. Turn off oven. Let cool on oven rake by opening door. Do not remove. Make sure oven light is off.
- Ready to remove from pan when cold. Cut.
