Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs

Ingredients

• Butter

  Unsalted

  1 stick or 113g

• Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

  Trader Joe's

  4 oz or 113g

• Cocoa

  Dry powder, unsweetened

  1 tbsp or 5g

• Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter (Original)

  Bell Plantation

  23 ¹⁄₁₆ tbsp or 150g

• Stevia Sweetener

  Tesco

  2 tsp or 2g

Directions

1. Place 1 stick of butter into a medium bowl and microwave until melted. Add in 4 oz coconut oil and place back into microwave to melt, if necessary.
2. Add in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder,3 tablespoons of peanu buttert powder, and stevia; stir until well combined.
3. Once cooled enough to place into a small blender or mix with an immersion blender; place into blender or use immersion blender to thoroughly combine ingredients. You can mix by hand and pour into molds, but the blending helps to ensure all of the ingredients are combined well.
