Directions

  1. Slice bell pepper and chicken into strips. Place pepper, garlic and onion powder or minced onion in skillet with olive oil; cook until translucent. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add chicken, Italian seasoning and parsley and cook until done. Add pepper mixture to pan and heat up.
  3. Add provolone cheese to top and place in broiler until melted. Eat as is or wrap in a low carb, high fiber wrap.
