- Spread pizza sauce evenly on both tortillas
- Sprinkle half of mozzarella on one of the tortillas
- Place pepperoni on the tortilla with mozzarella
- Cover pepperoni with the rest of the mozzarella and the parmesan
- (Optional) Sprinkle italian seasonings on pepperoni and cheese tortilla
- Place the other tortilla on top to make a sandwich
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- When butter is melted, place quesadilla in frying pan until bottom tortilla starts to brown and crisp and cheese starts to melt. Flip and brown the other side. It helps to move the quesadilla around in the pan to evenly coat with butter.
