Directions

  1. Bring water to a bowl (e.g. the size of bowl typically for cereal) and fill up till half.
  2. Crack the egg into the centre.
  3. Place the bowl inside a microwave and set it up for 800W for 1 minute (add 1 minute for each additional egg)
  4. Put bread in the toaster.
  5. Cut tomato into slices (1-2).
  6. On the baked toast spread some joghurt (or Zaziki). Add the sliced turkey and the eggs with salt, pepper on top along with the slices of tomato and 1-2 Olives.
