  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Heat muffin tin in oven while mixing ingredients. Break eggs into bowl. Beat eggs then add milk and beat. Add salt and butter and beat. Add flour and mix.
  2. Take muffin tin out of oven and either spray with oil or small piece of cold butter in each tin.
  3. Bake for 20min on 450° then turn down oven to 350° without opening the oven door. Bake 20 more minutes.
