Directions

  1. Bring 2 medium sized pots of water to boil.
  2. In one pan, boil noodles for 4 minutes or according to instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the other pan, boil frozen peas and spinach for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry prawns in pan until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Once all is cooked add noodles, peas, and spinach to the prawns and sauté until heated evenly though.
  7. Toss with the soy sauce and heat one more minute.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
