- In medium saucepan, add 2 1/2 cups water and 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Bring water to a boil.

- Bring water back up to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork before serving.
