Ingredients
Brown sugar
125g
Vanilla extract
2 tsp or 8g
Directions
- * Start by melting your butter, then add this into a large bowl. * Add both sugars and the vanilla into the butter and whisk. Then whisk in the egg and the food coloring. * In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add this into the other bowl and mix everything together until a dough forms. * Mix in the white chocolate. * To make the cookie dough balls, grab 120g of your dough and roll this into a ball, then add this onto a tray or plate. * Do this with all of the dough, then leave them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. * About 10 minutes before baking, pre-heat your oven to 180c/350f. * Once the cookie dough balls have chilled, add them onto a large, baking paper lined tray, making sure to leave gaps between them. * Bake for around 20 minutes. Once baked leave them on the tray for 5 minutes so they can set, then enjoy!
