Salmon Bowl with Spicy Mayo

Ingredients
Sauce, hot chile, sriracha

Brown sugar

Honey

Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions
- Make rice on stove top of rice maker. 1/2 cup sushi rice, 1 cup water, 1 tsp rice vinegar, small pinch of salt in water. Cook until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Mix teriyaki sauce ingredients and set aside. Wash and prep/slice/chop carrots, radishes, cucumbers, seaweed, and avocado for bowl, set aside. Mix mayo, and sriracha together, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 420F, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add salmon, lightly salt and pepper, then brush on teriyaki sauce. Bake for 11-12 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes to crisp the top slightly.
- Build bowl and top with spicy mayo, and sesame seeds! Enjoy 🙂
