Directions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Combine peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, brown sugar, and grated fresh ginger to make the spicy peanut sauce. Gradually add hot water until the sauce reaches a drizzling consistency. Set aside.
