Directions
- Remove salmon's skin and bones. remove grey parts of the meat. Cut the fish to bite size chunks and place cut nicely on plate or tray.
- Shred carrot and cucumber to noodle shape length of shreds. Mix with hands and place over the fish.
- Whisk the soy sauce with the rice vinegar and sesame oil. Distribute the mixture evenly over the fish and vegetables, using spoon.
- Allow the fish to soak in the mixture for 15 minutes.
