- Prep the salmon: Season the 8 oz wild-caught salmon with 1½ tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper (to taste).
- Preheat the Ninja Combi: Set the Ninja Combi to Air Fryer mode at 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
- Cook the salmon: Place the salmon on the air fryer tray and air fry for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness (flaky and tender).
