  1. Prep the salmon: Season the 8 oz wild-caught salmon with 1½ tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper (to taste).
  2. Preheat the Ninja Combi: Set the Ninja Combi to Air Fryer mode at 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Cook the salmon: Place the salmon on the air fryer tray and air fry for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness (flaky and tender).
  4. Cook the sweet potato: Pierce the ½ medium sweet potato with a fork and place it on the Combi pan. Set to Bake mode at 375°F and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until fork tender.
