Ingredients
Directions
- Lightly oil a baking pan. A pizza pan is just the right size.
- Mash sausage, Bisquick and cheese together with enough milk to make it easy enough to evenly mix but not so much that it all falls apart. It helps to use a rubber glove and squeeze it through your hands.
- Preheat oven to 350F. I turn the oven on after mixing because making the little balls is time consuming.
- With a soup spoon scoop out between a walnut and golf ball size amount of mix, shape into a ball with your gloved hand and put on the pan with about 1 inch spacing. Makes between 25 and 30 balls.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Can be mixed and balled ahead of time and frozen or baked ahead of time and reheated. If you want to freeze unbaked, freeze the balls on the pan first so they don't get frozen together. Then add another 5 minutes to the baking time. If reheating already baked from frozen, it should take only 10-15 minutes.
