  1. Heat sausage patty in a pan over medium-high heat until browned on each side and cooked through.
  2. Toast english muffin.
  3. Spray a non-stick pan with non-stick spray and play a large round cookie cutter in the pan. Pour scrambled egg into the pan and cook carefully. Whisk eggs in the cutter. As they start to cook they will begin to keep the shape. Remove cutter and flip carefully. Top with cheese.
  4. Move place sausage patty on the english muffin and top with egg. Finish with remaning english muffin halve and enjoy!
