  1. Chop Bastrama into small pieces. Chop red peper. Parsley for garnish.
  2. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Melt butter in the pan and add eggs. Scramble beef with a wooden spoon. Do not cook eggs until dry.
  3. Add eggs, red peper and stir in chopped beef. Remove pan from the stove and place on a serving plate.
