- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the fish salt and pepper. Add half of the oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.
- Cook the fish for about 3 minutes on each side until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Remove the fish from the pan and lightly tent with foil to keep warm.
