Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, sesame seeds, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Spread the sesame garlic butter on the outside of each bread slice.
- On the inside of half the slices, spread gochujang, then layer with cheddar, fontina, kimchi, and basil. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook each sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve drizzled with honey.
