Directions
- Rice must be steamed and slighly sticky, add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
- Cook The Shrimp In Water With Salt Or Buy Them Pre-cooked. Cut Them In Small Cubes, Add 1 Tbsp Of Mayo And 0.5 tbsp of soysauce. You can add Sriracha if you like it a bit spicy.
- Wet Your Hands, Make A Flat Disc With Hands, The Size Of Your Palm. Put The Shrimp Mixture And Put Another Disc Of Rice On Top. Wet Your Hands Again And Roll It Until The stuffing Is Entirely Covered.
- Cut the nori in small rectangles, add them to the side of the ball. Add a bit of sesame to the sides for decoration
