- cook and drain the rice noodles.
- heat a large skillet over high heat for about a minute. Add the oil and swirl to coat completely. when the pan starts to smoke, add the garlic and stir five seconds.
- crack and whisk the eggs. add and cook for about 30 seconds or until the eggs begin to set, scraping up any that start to stick.
- Add the shrimp and allow to cook for 30 seconds until they just start to turn color. Add the rice noodles, the pad Thai sauce and paprika and let it absorb for about 2 minutes.
