Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bring the water, salt, and quartered lemon to a boil in a large saucepan. Add half of the shrimp and reduce the heat to medium.
  2. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes or until the shrimp are just cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl of cold water. Repeat with the remaining shrimp. Let cool, then peel and devein the shrimp.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, wine, salt, pepper, and minced dill. Combine with the peeled shrimp. Add the chopped red onion and celery.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for a few hours.
