Directions
- Peel and devein shrimp. Or if bought frozen in bag, thaw.
- Heat butter l in a 12-inch heavy skillet over medium heat, add in garlic and cook for 1-2 min. Add in shrimp and coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add in white wine. Turn shrimp. Cook 2 min each side until cooked. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.
- Serve with Roasted broccoli or other green veggie! Great with cauliflower rice or mash!
