Directions
- Heat lard in a pan. Sear each side of the cubed meat. Remove from the pan.
- Saute onions until translucent. Add garlic and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add the browned meat, fish sauce and pepper. Simmer for about 30 mins.
