Directions

  1. Heat lard in a pan. Sear each side of the cubed meat. Remove from the pan.
  2. Saute onions until translucent. Add garlic and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
  3. Add the browned meat, fish sauce and pepper. Simmer for about 30 mins.
  4. Add the potatoes on top of the meat. Sinmer for an hour or until the meat is tender.
