- Heat oven to 350. Line 8x8 pan with tin foil and spray. Crush graham crackers in a food processor. Add butter and blend. Press into bottom of pan and bake for 10 mins. Add 46 grams of chocolate chips over the top of crust and let melt, then spread. Put in freezer. Mix cream cheese and ricotta. Add protein, swerve & coconut flour. Blend until smooth. Spread over the top of crust. Top with marshmallows and remaining 10 grams of chocolate chips. Put in oven under broil just until marshmallows are browned (less than 1 min) Put in freezer for 1 hr. Cut into 9 bars.
