- PREP: Chop onion and green peppers. Mince garlic cloves.
- In a large saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
- Meanwhile, cook the ground italian sausage in a separate pan until cooked through. Add basil and oregano to taste (the measurements above are not what you should really use- do it to taste once the turkey is cooked).
