- Brown beef in pan. Add seasoning salt. Chop celery & set aside.
- Spray casserole dish with non stick oil. Put 1/3 of rice in dish. Add 1/2 beef & 1/2 chopped celery. Cover with one can tomato soup. Repeat layers - rice, beef, celery and finish with final 1/3 of rice. Top with second can tomato soup. Bake for 30 minutes.
