  1. preheat oven to 300 F. Place Tenders on baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes.
  2. in a large sauce pot, place tomatoes, peppers, garlic and onions. Cover with water and boil over high heat for 20 minutes.
  3. remove from heat and drain the liquid.
  4. Place cooked vegetables in a blender with salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
  5. Transfer vegetable mixture back to sauce pot and heat over hedium high heat. Cook for 10 minutes then reduce to a low simmer. Until desired thickness (coats the back of a spoon)
  6. chop tenders into small chunks and add to stew. cook on a low simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
