Directions

1. Dice and season chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, and cumin. Cook on a high heat pan for 6-8 minutes.
2. For the chipotle sauce, combine mayo, finely diced chipotle pepper, lime juice, and garlic powder.
3. Assemble burritos with chicken, sauce, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Roll into a wrap and toast for 2 minutes on each side.
