- In a large bowl, mix lamb, onion, chilli, coriander, garlic and ginger thoroughly. Form mixture into 4 patties.Preheat a grill plate or barbecue grill to high. Add patties and cook for 8 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix yoghurt, cucumber and mint.To serve, spread a quarter of the hummus on each slice of bread. Layer with cos leaves, tomato and a burger patty, and top with a dollop of tatziki.
