  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Combine all of the meatball ingredients in a large bowl and use a wooden spoon or your hands to mix everything together, being careful not to over-mix.
  3. Next, roll the lamb mixture into balls and place them directly onto a greased baking sheet.
  4. Place baking sheet into the oven and bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, make the sriracha mayo: whisk mayo, sriracha and lime together and set aside.
  6. Top the meatballs with the sriracha mayo and some feta cheese (optional) and serve with a side salad or some naan and enjoy!
