  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread out the walnuts on the prepared tray and toast them in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then roughly chop.
  3. Meanwhile, make a dressing by combining the olive oil and vinegar in a screw-top jar. Shake well to combine.
