Turkey breast meat 12 oz or 340g
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with half of the olive oil and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the spinach, feta, ricotta, scallions, parsley, dill, and egg until well mixed.
- Spread a quarter of the spinach mixture down the center of each turkey cutlet, leaving a border on all sides. Roll up and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
