Directions
- 1. In a medium pot, heat olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes or until shimmering. 2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and onions are translucent. Add tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes. 3.
