Ingredients
Coconut oil 2 tsp or 9g
Red onion 1 small raw or 70g
Paprika 1 tsp or 2g
Flour tortillas 2 tortilla, medium or 92g
Lime juice ½ tsp or 3g
Directions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the steak and fry for 1–2 minutes, turning the meat a couple of times.
- Add the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic and stir-fry for a minute or two.
