Directions
- Add sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and corn starch to a bowl and mix together.
- Dice chicken breast into cubes. Add to a bowl and seaosn generously with salt and garlic powder. Add to a preheated pan on 7/10 heat and cook until golden. Then combine with half of your sauce and mix until coated. Set chicken aside.
- In the same pan, add frozen stir fry veggies. Add a splash of water and a cover on top. Once softened and starting to char, add garlic and green onion. Bring heat down on the pan to a simmer and add the rest of your sauce.
- While veggies are steaming, cook your ramen.
- Add cooked ramen to the pan with the veggies. Add your chicken. Toss to combine.
