  1. Soak Anchovies In Water To Reduce The Salt, Slice Shallots And Water Spinach To Smaller Size. Set Aside.
  2. Heat Pan And Put In The Oil. Once The Oil Is Hot Enough, Toss In The Shallots And Fry Until Translucent.

  4. Put Some Salt And Sugar Into The Pan And Toss In The Water Spinach. Stir Fry Until The Steam Is Soft And Turn Off The Heat.
  5. Serve Immediately.
