- Add Peanut butter and egg to a bowl and whisk until fully mixed. Add your flour and mix.
- Scoop batter with an ice cream scoop and form +- 15 equal size balls onto your baking tray.
- Press cookies down gently and make an indent in the middle with your finger and add your sugar-free chocolate-chip button in the indent.(you can leave out the chic-chips if you like)
- Bake 180C/160C (fan) for 7-8mins. If you over bake they can become hard and crunchy. Check them 5-6mins. Allow to cool fully in the baking tray. Enjoy
