  1. Place the ham in a food processor and pulse until chopped, about 10 pulses. Do not purée. Transfer the chopped ham to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, scallions, celery, and red bell pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
