Directions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce. Set aside 1/4 of this mixture for serving.
- Pat the salmon dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then place it skin-side up in the remaining sauce, ensuring it’s coated. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
